Hello my friends, 

  Everyone PUMPED as I am for this interview?

that btw I was told should air a week from today! 

  I was also made aware that unfortunately our commonwealth is just absolutely REFUSING to interview with Shay (who had many many interviews with the previous commonwealth prosecutor). Also, refusing to give out the numbers of deaths to prosecutions due to distracted and reckless driving Shay requested from her. 

As disheartening as it truly is, and I cannot for the life of me come up with a reason even to just play devils advocate for a little. Now its just continuing to pour salt in the wound. 

 She knows she's being investigated and to me it seems like she doesn't have a real plan to actually help start eradicating this issue. 

 I even emailed her myself and just asked her to look over the materials again and for change period, and if I could please just be apart of that change in the name of my baby. Probably won't receive a response if I am frank and if I do it will again be some AI-generated response with no real empathy. Just like last time. I am losing hope in this city. 

I am in no way saying that her decisions affect anything action wise, but it does just continuously stab me right in the heart. Over and over again. I know over 1000 people care. I just wish our decision makers did, and if they do I wish they would just admit they could've done better and then take steps to help us get change for our DYING city. 

 We are still going, I am still fighting, and I am basically accepting most interview types. Anyway to get word out. Literally any way. 

By the way with the traffic camera footage, after some miscommunication with my team and then getting back on the same page. we have re-requested the footage but the earliest we have heard currently is June 30th when we would have access. So that just means most likely another story or follow up for WHAS11. So it may or may not be included in the interview. But both sides are working tirelessly to try and get it on there in time. Regardless of whether or not it is, or I have a follow up story, I will be posting it as soon as I HAVE it in my hands.
