As residents of Peterborough, ON, Canada, we are deeply concerned about the current state of our area under the leadership of MP Michelle Ferreri. Our beloved city is deteriorating and it's high time we demand change. The decline in public services, increase in crime rates and lack of attention to local issues have been alarming under her tenure.

Our personal experiences reflect this reality. We've seen our neighborhoods change for the worse and feel unheard by those who should be representing us. This is not just an impersonal statistic; it's a lived experience that affects us every day.

According to Statistics Canada, Peterborough has seen an increase in crime severity index by 6% from 2019 to 2020 (Source: Statistics Canada). This is not what we envision for our community.

We believe that a new leader can bring about much-needed positive changes to our area. Therefore, we call upon all concerned citizens of Peterborough to join us in demanding the removal of Michelle Ferreri as MP and initiating a new election process.
