In the span of Cleveland Heights Mayor Kahlil Seren's 3 1/2-year term, 12 department directors, multiple finance directors and 3 city administrators left their positions. There have been claims of a hostile workplace created by the Mayors wife, he has had opportunities to correct this but failed to do so.

The city has lost valuable employees, the current employees are fearful of filing complaints. He is now looking into an outside source to investigate, potentially costing thousands of our hard-earned tax dollars. There is an election in less than a year, this unprofessional city management should not continue into a second term.
