The Issue

Seeing the Terminal from the vantage point of a employee, I am disturbed and pained to witness the hostile work environment within Terminal EE, propagated primarily by Irene. She has successfully misused the power vested in her position to terrorize employees, going as far as threatening termination. This use of fear and intimidation is not conducive to a healthy work environment. Furthermore, there have been accounts of her resorting to verbal abuse, further straining professional interactions.

Promoting respect and dignity in the workplace is essential under Employment Rights Act 1996, which clearly states that employees should be able to carry out their duties without fear of losing their job or being verbally abused. Unfortunately, due to Irene's actions, there has been a noticeable decrease in morale amongst the staff working in Terminal EE.

We must remember that a workplace free from hostility and fear not only improves staff morale but directly affects productivity. Research reveals workplaces that maintain better working conditions have shown an increase in productivity levels by up to 12% and decrease in employee turnover by approximately 25% (source: Harvard Business Review).

This petition seeks immediate corrective action so that we can ensure Terminal EE is a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all employees. Your support is crucial to effect the desired change. Add your voice by signing the petition today.
