The Issue
Please sign this petition to demand that the La Crosse Police Department release all files and evidence regarding the 1953 disappearance of Evelyn Hartley in La Crosse, WI.
It has been 72 years and the case has not been solved. This is the most infamous crime in La Crosse history by a wide margin and public interest is still extremely high.
