This petition stems from a deeply personal experience. A teacher in our community has consistently expressed her rage and incompetence towards me and my friends on a daily basis. Her behavior is not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the learning environment we are entitled to.

This teacher's actions have created an atmosphere of fear and hostility, hindering our ability to focus on our education. The National Education Association states that educators should exhibit respectful behavior towards their students at all times, promoting a nurturing learning environment (NEA Code of Ethics). Unfortunately, this is not the case in our school.

In addition to her rude demeanor, this teacher has shown clear signs of incompetence. According to research by Stanford University, ineffective teachers can significantly lower student achievement levels (Stanford Study). We believe that every student deserves access to quality education led by competent educators who respect their students.

We call upon the school administration in Oologah, Oklahoma to take immediate action against this educator's unacceptable behavior. We demand a thorough investigation into these allegations and her immediate dismissal if found guilty.
