In April 2022 the Royal Court of Justice found for Cathy Gardner and Fay Harris. Both lost their Fathers in the Care Homes Scandal

The Court decided that the Government acted unlawfully 

I believe this matter must now be followed up and charges of Misconduct in Public Office be considered for those responsible 

In order for the CPS to follow this matter up a further Criminal Court Case would be required. This process would need to be via Westminster Magistrates Court. 

It should be mentioned that the Government are potentially at risk for the same charges, Misconduct in Public Office, for a number of issues. The Herd Immunity Project, PPE corruption, the Covid Response,  Cronyism
