We have added to our original filing with the State Attorney General’s office to include the State Department of Insurance to review the secondary flooding that occurred adjacent to our property.  
We have added the Dept Of Insurance to review processes by both the City of Richardson and Traveler’s Insurance for both 305 High Brook Dr and as well 303 High Brook Dr.  
We have added to both for many claims from failure to file a claim and abuse of power to name a couple.  
These new additions will coincide with other current investigations on both state and federal levels.
