We found out today the city poured the concrete where the problems were.  This fix took some time.  The area of the fix has two exit lines from two different homes across the street from each other.  Both now have been flooded with sewage.  We have been told the city admitted a problem to the second flood.  
We had the city come about way before the flood with concerns in the street and lines.  City came out and discounted the problem.   We have years of pictures and will post.  After our flood, the city came out, never to our home, and ultimately blamed on our pool without bearing witness on anything.  It was an escape and wrong.  The city filed a claim after 14 months to be denied saying the city waited to long to file.  Nothing else from the city. Then another flood at the same location and it’s fixed.  What about our life and our home?   The city flat out lied and took our life.  
The city needs to start supporting its citizens as much as it does big business.   How much of this infrastructure building at a rapid pace, faster than the infrastructure of the city services are we paying for out of our life and our pockets?
