This has been on our fund page, but wanted to start supporting our petition that the city filed a claim on our behalf 14 months after the incident.  I have never been so criminalized by a person as to this adjuster.  Keep in mind, I did not file the claim, the city did, but I was the criminal.  I stated numerous times that the estimates were not mine, but third party.  I even early on thought they were overinflated, until we lived it and we were doing various parts  of the work to reduce costs.  There was no money for a general contractor.  The city was on notice within days, but it took 14 months to file.  They would only talk about sewer lines, not vehicles.  With so many people in the neighborhood that can testify to these vehicles in the vicinity, the city would still only talk about lines, not vehicles.  
As we stated before, we had attorneys tell us it’s one of the clearest cases against a city in a long time.  The city chose to play the long game.  They knew we lost everything.  They knew we would loose our home.  Still ours, we face a very hard hurdle over the next few days to save this home for a third time.  The city is aware and nothing!!!
