The closures were approved and because of that I am going to change the petition and I'm going to direct it to International human Rights watch groups the world needs to know what people in California are doing to vulnerable children in Oakland. No matter how you look at it it's wrong, the government has money to give tax breaks to corporations but can't afford to fund schools in an already very vulnerable population, that has historically had challenges in education.
