Thank you for your support so far. As of today, Tap4Fun continues to maintain that their policy has always been zero tolerance despite clear evidence that players can remain in game after multiple violations.

This may be important for them to keep saying, since they somehow maintain an "Everyone 10 years and older" game rating. This means parents using filters based on ratings appropriate for age may have their children as young as 10 exposed to the content above.

And all of that content remained in game, most of it still today. It will age out over time - sometimes over days, other times weeks. Still the policy of Tap4Fun is to leave violative content up ("we cannot delete their comments").

Most recently this same player taunted his victim, who he believes to be gay, by calling him a pedophile (an anti-gay trope). Unsurprisingly, Tap4Fun determined that that was acceptable and refused to even warn the player. 

Please share the petition if you haven't already, and consider sharing it again. Petitions that are shared more than once are much more likely to have an impact.
