I'm also sharing my follow up questions, and will continue updating this petition with their responses. The above image is one of four pages just like that, from a repeat offender, who again was merely muted.

Hopefully someday we can see an update that includes at least a small movement toward responsibility on Tap4Fun's part! Please spread the word!

First - I think it's folly to believe you can prevent the behavior and content that's made your game inappropriate for children, and a breeding ground for bigots. Only strict, swift punishment and removal of content can combat this. I've been gaming since the early 1990's, back when scrolling text multiplayer games were the only place these types of interactions could happen. No one in 30 years has been able to stop harmful content like this, unless they simply prevent communication between players. You have to respond to it in a meaningful way. You're not doing that now.

Please clarify:

You say that you impose severe punishments or even ban players. 

Have you ever imposed a severe punishment or banned someone for threats of sexual violence, bigoted attacks, etc., against other players? 

What is a severe punishment? 

I need that clarified because two players on our server alone have engaged in this behavior for nearly a month now, with dozens of reported instances, and they have not been suspended or banned to our knowledge. All of the below messages were left up as you know - it's your policy to leave them up. I'd like you to explain how, in the context of everything below, you claim that you will impose severe punishments? These players are still in the game and some of the items reported below are within the last 48 hours. There's easily 2-3x more than what you'll see below if you include their alts which they use when their main account is temporarily muted by you. All of it has been reported to you by myself and many others.

Player 1 - "Sapphire" / "Rosemary" (and variations) - Player ID's 7574615 (main), 8400446 and 7863370. Below is just from her main, she also uses alts when she gets muted and those have been reported for similar and at times worse behavior:

1.) Admitted to using and helped other users in their alliance chat download and use "clicker" software to cheat in advanced mithril mining. Evidence provided to CS.
2.) Called a player trash and an asshole. Told the player to smash their head against the wall. Called the player half a man (for being gay).   Evidence provided to CS.
3.) After her mute was over said she was back and looking for "that gay" (Kulov, primary victim). Said she was done throwing shit at his mothers grave. Evidence provided to CS.
4.) Called someone MF (mother fucker). Evidence provided to CS.
5.) Called them a MF (mother fucker) again and said it's time to go throw more shit at his mothers grave. Evidence provided to CS.
6.) Asked a supporter of the primary victim to ask the victim what he thinks when he's getting annaled (being analy penetrated) by another guy. Evidence provided to CS.
7.) Taunting the victim again, asks him to tell us how he sucks a mens dick, ewwww. Evidence provided to CS.
8.) Asks if when he is through his shit inside his mouth? Evidence provided to CS.
9.) Asks a victims supporter, "where you went mother fucker?". Evidence provided to CS.
10.) Taunts the victim again, "He will have big problem if his boss female, who will (he) suck?". Evidence provided to CS.
11.) Against says to victims supporter, MF (mother fucker) where are you? Evidence provided to CS.
12.) Taunts again, "Let's talk about what your father done to his hole when he was kid". "he was raping him daily". And his bh mother was bandaging him to keep him around". "His father enjoys his kid's only and he pick the gays". Evidence provided to CS.
13.) Taunts another time, "Do you only think about much dick you suck or your ass could handle?. Evidence provided to CS.
14.) Taunts "he is gay girls finger his ass". Evidence reported to CS.
15.) Taunts "what the sound of him getting annaled"? Evidence reported to CS.
16.) Taunts "no he is fucking your ass as both gays". Evidence provided to CS.
17.) Taunts "I'm sure your wife will live (love) to be analled by such a gay." Evidence provided to CS.

Player 2 - "Ginger" (and variations) - Player ID's 6077384 (main), 10729929,  and 10843373. Below is just from his main, he also uses his alts when he gets muted and those have been reported for similar and at times worse behavior:

1.) Sent a private mail to a player that said "You gonna watch me rape and port your whore wife. Remember, aint nothing you can do. Hell, even your hairline ran from your dumb ass." Evidence provided to CS.
2.) Sent a private mail to the same player that said "Bitch, your wife is a whore. You literally look like a child touching fag". Evidence provided to CS.
3.) Taunted a three of our players, calling them "two fat chicks naked and Ergg (player) baby carrot (american slang for embarrassingly small penis)." Evidence provided to CS.
4.) Bragged in game about destroying the game environment for everyone on server 411. Evidence provided to CS.
5.) After our King learned that Ginger was coming, she was able to flee although the rest of us were trapped. Ginger taunted everyone stuck with him for being "short bus riders" which is american slang for retards, both ways to use a bigoted slur against someone based on mental health or condition. Evidence provided to CS.
6.) Called his victim "Gaylov" repeatedly (more than one instance) to insult him on the basis of perceived sexual orientation (victims in game name is Kulov, Gaylov is a play on Gay Love, as an insult). Evidence provided to CS.
7.) Used the landing/crashing plane emoji to taunt victims, this is a newer american slang use of the emoji that indicates a penis going from erect to limp. Evidence provided to CS.
8.) Taunted a player by calling them a pedophile indirectly, "She (his wife) still doesn't like you after you touch that 13 year old" (physical violence would be better received in our culture). Evidence provided to CS and CS determined it's not a violation at all......
9.) After learning that one of his victims was a victim of sexual assault in her past, said "[@Samyy] [@Chewbs] wasn't sexually assaulted. She's a Whore. 2 free drinks and she is going". Evidence provided to CS.
10.) Again used the "gaylord" taunt instead of Kulov's name. Evidence provided to CS.

In the light of all the evidence above, please explain what Tap4Fun is going to change in order to keep this from happening. 

I've reached out to the ESRB and Google with the above information as well, in hopes that they will modify your game rating to Mature or at least Teen, since E 10+ is clearly inappropriate for a game with this kind of content in it.

I think Tap4Fun should ask that the game ratings for their games with direct chat features be raised to mature, or at least to teen. That would be the honorable thing to do until you change your policies to start suspending and banning quickly, and remove content immediately upon report.
