KingdomGuard is holding steadfast to keeping their policies "secret" and refusing to ban repeat offenders who threaten other players with violence, engage in active and open bigotry or slander. 

In the latest example a player told another that "Me and your wife are fine... She still doesn't like you after you touch that 13 year old." This was directed at a player who has been victimized more than once by the offender, including being stalked from server to server. It is also a common homophobic trope - that all homosexuals are pedophiles.

According to Tap4Fun nothing done before that statement matters, no evidence of stalking will be researched, and the offender will not be punished even with a warning. 

This is why your support matters. There is no place for this type of corporate support of bigotry and hate in 2023.

Please ask them to change their policies to punish players who threaten violence or discriminate on the basis race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.

Don't believe them when they tell you they have no tolerance. They have tolerated it extensively and without fail.
