Thank you for your support on this important issue. Kingdom Guard has responded by doubling down on their policies.

The only way we can get them to listen is if we keep spreading the word and getting more attention.

This study by Pew Research has shown that online harassment is a widespread and serious issue, which a majority of people say should be handled in a serious manner.

After dozens of confirmed, repetitive policy violations from multiple players, Kingdom Guard is holding steadfast to it's policy of requiring victims to pay Kingdom Guard in order to get to safety.

In addition, for the sake of fairness, we cannot directly enable free server transfers for players after being verbally attacked by others. As mentioned before, the free server transfer will only be enabled during the rest period(Monday-Friday ) of the Broken Land when the broken land is not started~ During the non-server transfer period, if the players want to transfer the server, they can consume the server transfer scrolls according to the requirement to perform the server transfer operation~ Kingdom Guard VIP Support

Further, after multiple policy violations by the same players, Kingdom Guard continues to state that; "We have always had a zero-tolerance attitude towards violations..."

According to the study by Pew Research 51% of U.S. adults say it would be very effective to permanently suspend users if they bully or harass others. 40% of U.S. adults say it would be very effective to remove harmful posts immediately.

Kingdom Guard has not suspended the repeat offenders featured in this petition, nor have they removed their harmful posts even on our request.
