If you haven't, would you please consider emailing kingdomguard@nibirutech.com and ask them to implement policy of zero tolerance for bigotry, hate and violence?
According to Tap4Fun's own terms of service, accounts shall not (among other things):
Spread obscene, erotic, gambling, violence, murder, horrible or abetment information.
Humiliate, slander, or infringe on others.
Offend common morals and conventions.
Listed forms of punishment include Warnings, being Muted, being Deprived of illegal gains, Suspended temporarily, or Removal of their account (Ban).
To date there is no evidence that an account has ever been suspended or banned, after threatening violence, slandering others, using obscene language, any any number of other violations any number of times.
One player alone has been reported (and acknowledged as violating rules by KingdomGuard) five times on their main account and four times on their backup/alternate account (each time to work around being muted on their main account).
KingdomGuard responds to complaints by informing victims that they took appropriate action, and that they have a zero tolerance policy. That's not what zero tolerance means. Please help inform them of what zero tolerance looks like.
KingdomGuard still maintains that it's fair to charge $1,000 to victims of harassment to let them change servers.
KingdomGuard still maintains that it's fair to mute someone and then let them reoffend repeatedly.
KingdomGuard still maintains that they do not tolerate rules violations.
Please join me in telling KingdomGuard they aren't being fair to victims in any way shape or form, through incredible levels of tolerance for bigotry and hate.
