I know this is only one company - but they are a multi-million dollar enterprise with tens if not hundreds of thousands of players in their games. 

The company has responded with a message:

The effect of their above message is simple: we know players have been victims of hate. We warned them or in the most extreme cases muted them briefly. If you don't want to play in the same server with them, pay us $1,000 or wait for the 3 week long brokenlands event to end. Victims are essential imprisoned with their assailants, unless they pay a huge amount of money to the company that will ultimately let the assailants follow the victims again anyways.

Help spread the word, we can get them to change only if we show them enough of us care.
