Dear Supporters,
We’ve crossed an important milestone—over 400 signatures on our petition—showing that more and more people are demanding accountability from Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI). Your voices are being heard, and the pressure is mounting on SPI to take responsibility for their silence in the face of serious allegations involving Bradley Mark Emmerson, a key member of the Emmerson family and a central figure in SPI’s leadership.
⸻
Where We Stand Now:
🔴 Growing Public Concern:
We’ve now gathered over 400 signatures on this petition, and the outcry from the community is becoming impossible to ignore. SPI has received multiple emails, letters, and requests for a response. Despite this, SPI has remained silent. No response, no public statement, nothing. This isn’t just a failure of corporate transparency—it’s a failure to uphold basic ethical standards.
🛑 What SPI Is Avoiding:
This issue isn’t going away. Bradley Emmerson, despite being arrested on felony domestic violence charges (PC 273.5(A)) on June 24, 2025, and facing multiple allegations of sexual assault and abuse, remains closely tied to SPI’s leadership. SPI’s refusal to acknowledge the situation speaks volumes.
The public’s growing frustration is only amplified by SPI’s failure to respond to our repeated requests for clarity. We’ve made our demands clear, and yet SPI continues to ignore its moral responsibility to take a stand. As long as they remain silent, they are sending a dangerous message to the public, their employees, and the survivors of violence everywhere: that they value power over accountability.
⚠️ What’s at Stake:
• SPI is under increasing public and media scrutiny. This is no longer just a local issue—it’s becoming a national conversation. The company’s failure to act now will only harm their reputation further.
• Our Public Records Act requests are in motion. We are actively pursuing more information about Emmerson’s ties to SPI, and as this process unfolds, more facts will come to light. This is just the beginning of what could become a larger, more public legal and media storm.
• As the Make Billionaires Pay movement gains momentum, this issue is becoming a central part of the broader conversation about corporate accountability and the need for companies to take responsibility for their leadership.
🛑 We Are Running Out of Patience:
We’ve already sent multiple formal requests to SPI. Despite all of these efforts, no response has been given. The fact that SPI is ignoring this issue is not just disappointing—it’s now a clear failure of ethical leadership.
⸻
Here’s what happens next:
If we do not receive a clear, public response from SPI within the next 5-7 business days, we will increase the pressure:
1. Amplifying the Petition: We will escalate our outreach to local and national media outlets, social media platforms, and advocacy groups to make sure this issue gets the attention it deserves.
2. Public Engagement: We will continue to encourage more people to speak out and take action. If SPI does not publicly commit to a zero-tolerance policy for sexual assault and domestic violence, we will make sure that the public knows exactly what is at stake here.
3. Legal and Advocacy Channels: If necessary, we will pursue legal avenues and more formal channels to ensure full accountability for anyone in a position of power who has contributed to this culture of silence.
⸻
What You Can Do Right Now:
1. Share the Petition: Share it far and wide. Let’s make sure SPI feels the pressure from all directions.
2. Contact SPI Directly: If you haven’t done so already, please continue to email and call SPI to demand they publicly commit to zero-tolerance for abuse in their leadership. We’ve provided the contact details below. Use them—let them know we are not backing down.

This petition is driven by concerned community members who believe in accountability and transparency from Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI). We are calling on SPI to take action in light of the serious allegations involving one of their key leadership figures.
We’ve already seen incredible support from the community, but we must keep pushing. This isn’t just about one person’s actions—this is about ensuring that no one in power is allowed to escape accountability. The time for silence is over. SPI must act, and they must act now.
Thank you for your continued dedication to this cause. Together, we’re making real change possible.
Onward,
Concerned Community Members
