As a resident of 16 & Park Apartments Indianapolis, IN, my children and I, along with our community, feel unsafe in our own homes due to the carelessness displayed by the new management. We deserve leasing agents who treat us as human beings and speak to us with respect. Our concerns should be listened to and addressed accordingly, not brushed off.

We also need a separate contact number for the maintenance technicians instead of going through the leasing office. Additionally, we require new appliances such as dishwashers, stoves, and refrigerators to ensure our homes are functional. Security on the premises is essential for our safety; therefore, we demand that the gates be let down.
