It is with gratitude for the many that I come to share that yesterday, after a 2.5 year process, and more than 13 hours at City Council, our City Council heard out public voices and voted in our favor to NOT approve the MH-1 redesignation. I believe they heard our collective voice, that we welcome densification and welcome diversity and a variety of housing options, but that we expect this to be done in a considerate and respectful manner.
