Developers and the city need better engagement, and I very much appreciate those who shared their “why” for signing. 

We are NOT against densification…

But, we demand it to be done respectfully!

An example I recently found is in the photos … also boarding a school, a few blocks in from any main artery streets (in fact it’s on busier streets than this one) and they are three story …. Much better than the 6story monstrosity currently being pitched!

We are asking for the city and developers to consider a three story; once that aides in diversification and densification, with the neighborhood and family’s in mind. 

I’ll keep updating this with any new developments, but as it stands, DMAP has closed and it’s going to city planning commission in the new year. We need to engage our community, stakeholders and councilors!
