My name is Zoe - a concerned citizen, childminder and a parent to school aged children. Being a resident of Queensway, Furze Platt, I have personally witnessed the risk brought about by speeding drivers on this particular road. This issue not only threatens the safety of my family, but also the children I care for, the children commuting to and from the local schools, vehicles of the local residents and our beloved pets. With much concern, our lives are literally a step away from a possible life-threatening incident each day. 

Moreover, based on the World Health Organization reports, appropriate speed control could prevent about 20% of road traffic fatalities yearly. Responding to this dire situation, we urgently request RBWM Council to install speed bumps on Queensway, Furze Platt as a solution to manage road speed and potentially prevent accidents. We believe that our community's safety should always be the first priority.
