We, the undersigned, are current users of Rario who are frustrated that the company has not fulfilled its promises and has ignored the concerns of its users. We demand immediate action to rectify these issues. 

Rario marketed and sold collectible Nft cricket cards with the promise of 'Buy once and use forever' including a robust prize pool and active community engagement. But the reality has fallen short of these promises. Many users are now left with cards that have significantly diminished in value or zero value and no clear path to recoup their investments.

Our demands are as follows:

1. **Immediate Buyback:** Rario must offer to buy back the cards from users at a fair price, reflecting their initial purchase value.

2. **Improved Prize Pool:** If Rario chooses to continue its operations, the prize pool must be significantly improved to offer real value and incentives for users to participate.

3. **Transparency and Communication:** Rario must improve its communication with its user base, providing clear and regular updates on the state of the platform and any changes that affect users.

We believe these steps are necessary to restore trust and ensure that Rario operates in a fair and transparent manner. If Rario is unwilling or unable to meet these demands be prepared for further credibility erosion and judicial intervention.
