You be the judge! Does the courts withdraw these kinds and this amount of charges against someone because jails are over crowded!? That's what I was told lolololololol what a joke that is this is the excuse of the Walkerton courts system because they are afraid for the public to become aware of exactly what a police officer did to both me and my ex mainly me you know the officer messed up very bad when they have to withdraw charges like that and they HATE ME! so special investigations stepped in I thought they would do there job properly and help well once I told them there office was in one way involved and I explained how they didn't like the answer but accepted it so today I get a email well it turns out that the Walkerton OPP were able to investigate as well as SIU so they say and get this they say the opp are terminating the investigation and there for there terminating it as well they told me the investigation would be 120 days they didn't talk to witnesses they didn't have time to get the medical documents stating my injuries and I gave them documents on my wrist being fractured by the officer there investigation wasn't even 30 days in yet with them not even looking into things propper and they terminated it and I can't go for a judicial review why because that would be back in front of the Walkerton courts where they already allowed this sicko to walk free someone who sexually assaulted sexually harasses woman on duty lies in statements drives dangerously and beats people till there begging and pleading for there life and have to flee police to save my life allmost broke my arm and says I don't care about it all taxes me 5-7 times threatens my ex fails to identify 15 times states he's from a different jurisdiction where he commited most of these acts before and they terminate the investigation before so many people and departments are exposed this is sick and the public is now at risk again allowing him to remain on duty because there afraid of the public finding out the level of corruption going on here this is sick so there is no accountability for officers who seriously injured people now when there is video evidence of it they hid the audio though because it would make you throw up if you heard it and that is no joke so they don't care about the serious injuries he caused me or weather he will do it again to me or someone else we need change and accountability but ya you look at them charges and tell me they withdrew them because of over crowding lololololol what a joke I told them I would do the prison time to expose the officer in trial and they wouldn't allow me to testify just my ex how sick is that and then tell me because I didn't testify I wasn't allowed access to most of all evidence and info in my own matter and what I could get from public records would most likely be heavily redacted like what ya this is what Walkerton and Hanover has become people can be charged for doing things there not even doing but an officer made up like resisting or he hit me or he was being disorderly or failing to comply and you end up in cuffs in jail while these officers like him walk free to repeat offend but I am no where near done with this one I will take a polygraph test and prove it if I have toi will fight for correction here accountability and the safety of both me and the public if the system won't and I'm about to go live in social media even and petition door to door
