I have an active leca application going on this matter it is actually in the stage now of being processed to determine if it has the potential of going into an active investigation but when an officer commits criminal acts the second he steps out of the car 4 to be exact befor the accessive force-police brutality started witch then leads into so much more beating and tazing a complying man till he's knocked half stupid begging and pleading for his life until he has no other choice but to run because this officer made it clear during the beating he didn't care both police departments tried hiding this officer from his wrong doing and the courts have made it next to impossible for me to access and of the files transcripts or video evidance of what happened to go for a lawsuit on them the courts wouldn't allow me to testify In my own trial just my ex so I wasnt allowed the transcripts when I asked the crown they said if I was even able to get the court transcripts through the release of information that I would have to pay to get if they would release them they would be heavily redacted anyways that's not right the courts told my lawyer she is not allowed to release my disclosure or the video or she could be held accountable they are trying to burry this that much that is sick and they all wonder why things are getting so bad these days and it will only get worse like this so fingers crossed that leca steps in to investigates and it helps me have them all everyone involved held accountable for there actions as I was ready to face my punishment for any of my wrong doings even though this officer had no proof of anything illegal going on at the time to justify what he did this is crazy and I hope they work with me to make sure justice is served for what happened to me and my ex that night but the main thing to me is to put a stop to this monster before he does this to someone else and what....kills that person next time! Not if I can help it I will do all I can to help keep the public safe if the police and the system doesn't want to do there jobs propper the cops are so mad they didn't get a conviction on me because of what the officer did to me that I am still to this day being harassed by police it's crazy and they all need to be stopped
