First and foremost I want to thank each and every one of you amazing people who have signed this petition not for me but for each and every person's out there who deserves so much better from the police I thank you all and I certainly hope we can make some change together because for me this doesn't just end here I am going to keep fighting for change in the right ways where there needed most in hopes that maybe today maybe tomorrow can and will be a better and safer day for everyone THANK YOU ALL! NOW! I am dealing with an active matter before the courts myself and I'm not doing this trying to help my situation by all means no that is not the case but thanks to this case it has drawn out a member of the opp who I feel and I'm sure all of you will feel should have never been put back on active police duty dealing with the public's keep him behind a desk where you can allow him to still provide a service to the community maybe but I don't agree with this either WHY! well it turns out this officer has been through many disciplinaries while an officer but he has pled guilty to a sex offense crime on a member of the public during a traffic stop verbally way out of line with the public also lying and trying to hide information during investigation there are a lot of wrongs this officer has done and refused his name and badge a lot of times and states he was from a different jurisdiction to hide from accountability and by the opp allowing this officer to remain active duty seriously assault someone and have them begging for there life and the officer states(I DONT CARE) he said that he didn't care that a member of the public was about to die by his actions about to break a person's arm you tell him a couple times if you don't stop you will break my arm and he kept going so you tell him again sir it's seriously about to break and he says (I DONT CARE) tells a member of the public you best shut your f*****g mouth before your boyfriend ends up in jail where he belongs this is not ok and then when you try contacting police departments of the area to find out the officer they give you the name of every other officer involved but the one who committed serious horrible acts as a police officer now right now as it stands I can not give the name of this officer myself without jeorodizing my matter or the departments involved until I'm done my matter before the courts but what do you do when you know this and for the time being have to be silent to the public or face losing my case and someone like this allowed to continue doing what he's doing and department protecting him investigators not wanting to get involved what do you do well let me tell you what I'm going to do I'm going to keep fighting and what I'm able to I am going to shine that light I am going to fight like I have never fought to see changes happen where they are needed most like those one that seem small like a officer is allowed to use as much force as necessary during an arrest that to needs to be broken down a little why because officers hear this and abuse it just like an officer doesn't have to provide his name and badge unless asked there needs to be a change there as well all them ones that seem little and a lot forget or that give officers loopholes to mistreat and abuse the public there needs to be change and when I can I am prepared to do this petition this in a whole nother way I am prepared to go door to door town by town and get petitions signed for change so no one has to be scared of seeing a police officer afraid that during an encounter the officer is just going to say your resisting or not complying and you have no choice but to deal with the problems he just made for you for no reason right and then if your one of them people who they don't care for for whatever reason and now your just stuck dealing with criminal matters for that officer to have some fun making your life hard because he don't like you or he's having a bad day but I am ready to fight to see some change in the best of ways so we can all live better happier and not in fear of the police again thank you to everyone who is helping make a change with this petition the difference of on here or on paper is a massive difference so if you all could for me copy the link and charge it with everyone you can and ask them to share it as well so we can get these numbers up as quick as possible again thank you all and please look out for yourself your loved ones and everyone you can please and most of all please please please stay safe
