Thank you to everyone who signs this I'm only doing this in the best interest of everybody who is a victim to police brutality and police being allowed to get away with doing things like this because they're able to get rid of evidence or manipulate things to their favor if they don't like you they will manipulate things so you look like the bad guy and by hiding who they are and their badge number they can do whatever they want like I was seriously injured punched and kicked in the head tasered multiple times me and my girlfriend had to run in fear for our lives I was begging him to just please arrest me and please stop her you're going to kill me my head and heart can't take anymore and he still kept going I don't know how many times you teased me is a lot pepper sprayed it was crazy when I was completely compliant when he bent my arm behind my back and slammed me off the car and told me he didn't care that he was about to break my arm it made me have to turn to avoid my arm from being broken so he said it was resist that's how he gets you by saying you resist by almost breaking your arm so either you let him or your criminally charged if you don't give your ID your charge for not complying but he doesn't have to and if you leave the scene you're a criminal so what do you do that's where we need change something needs to be done there needs to be more code on when they pull you over on how they're videoing goes how any evidence of that area is collected and who gets control to see and handle this evidence so it can't disappear on people so people can't just be a victim beaten with no repercussion for the officer when I contacted their area from where he said he was from they said he should have never even been in that area and it was all over a suspicion that he thought I was driving he wasn't even sure and beat me to this extent and then when I asked for medical attention later so I can get it documented they refused so that way they could hide damages the police officer did but I was a bad guy cuz we ran in fear for our life again thank you to everybody
