Bellway Homes, has failed to adequately complete the roads surrounding Charlotte Gate, an issue that has been overseen by Perth and Kinross Council.

The lives of pedestrians, residents, and drivers alike are endangered as winter road treatments are not undertaken, and there are no road markings in place.

This failure disrupts not just the residents, but also creates a hazard for those relying on these roads for access.

Therefore, we call upon the Perth and Kinross Council to hold Bellway Homes accountable and to take the actions available via the road bond held in order to ensure that the roads are brought to a safe standard.

Whilst we recognise the original fault lies with Bellway, we are holding Perth and Kinross council to account on this for failing to take action against Bellway.
