I am one of the many victims of UKCarParkManagement (CPM), a company that has unjustly issued multiple Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to me and countless other UK residents. This personal experience is not isolated, as evidenced by the overwhelming number of 1-star reviews on Trustpilot, where more than 98% of reviewers share similar stories of frustration and injustice.

CPM's practices are questionable at best. They do not place PCNs visibly on vehicles, leading to delayed awareness for vehicle owners. Their customer service is virtually non-existent; they ignore complaints and leave people with no choice but to pay up or face even higher legal fees.

This petition seeks an urgent investigation by the Parliament into CPM's practices. It is high time that this company be held accountable for its actions which have caused distress and financial burden to thousands of UK residents like myself.
