For nearly 22 months, the mobile phone mast at 268 West Green Road has been malfunctioning, resulting in terrible signal for the surrounding residents. Operated by O2, the mast's failings have affected all network users in the area since January 2023. The issue supposedly arises from access problems to the mast's property, however the property was sold at auction over a year ago, and still no resolve has been achieved with the new owner. Despite numerous complaints, the problem persists, leaving thousands of customers in an endless struggle for a reliable service.
