Hi! I'm making a petition for Nintendo to continue making Switch games with the cartridges as they've recently changed it to codes only for some games on Switch.

The problem with this is, if you've bought a game that you can only download through a code you can only download it once. Because of this, it causes a problem with switch restarts and moving all of your data to another switch. For example, if you have to get your switch fixed, you have to wipe every game off including the ones with codes meaning you have to keep rebuying that same game since it doesn't contain a physical cartridge. This also applies for moving all your game data to another switch as well.

Another issue with this situation is that you are unable to play the game offline unlike the games that contain cartridges, which defeats the whole purpose of a switch being able to be brought anywhere with you. Alongside of not being able to play offline, even if you are connected to the internet you also have to pay the Nintendo membership on top of that to interact with the game online.

Alongside this, if you're in a household with family members you are unable to share the game itself since you don't have a physical copy of it meaning you would have to give your Switch to the person that wants to play the game. And if you both want to play games at the same time and they're both code games on the Switch, only one person is able to play due to the fact they can't put in a cartridge on a different switch.

 My main goal for this petition is to get Nintendo to continue making these games with both the options of being able to buy the code version or the cartridge version.
