I am a YouTuber who has dedicated countless hours to building my channel, nurturing a community of over 700k subscribers. My channel was abruptly terminated on the grounds of 'spam and deceptive practices.' I disputed these accusations, requesting evidence to substantiate their claims. In an unexpected turn of events, YouTube overturned its initial reason and stated that I had violated community guidelines - no longer citing spam or deceptive practices as the cause.

Adding insult to injury, a representative on YouTube's Twitter platform cited 'circumvention' as the reason for my channel's termination. The inconsistency in their explanations is not only confusing but also indicative of an unfair treatment towards me and my content.

The lack of transparency from YouTube is alarming. According to Tubular Insights (2019), approximately 500 hours of video are uploaded every minute on this platform. Yet, there seems to be no clear-cut criteria or standard procedure for handling disputes like mine.

This petition seeks justice not just for me but also for other creators who may have been victims of similar arbitrary actions by YouTube. We demand clear communication, fair treatment, and due process in dispute resolution from YouTube.
