Demand Justice for the Unresolved Murder Case of Avery Flores

The Issue

My 19-year-old son, Avery Flores, was tragically taken away from us in 2021. A bright young man, ready to start barber school, had his life cut short, his dreams unfulfilled. The person suspected of his murder continues to walk free, out on bond for 2.5 years while an accomplice faces no charges. It feels as if our justice system regards the criminal's rights more than the grieving families' need for justice.we know who did it but he’s walking free I feel it was a setup but I can’t prove it the girl involved is walking free which I know she set him up my son was perfect but wasn’t a trouble maker. Had a good head on his shoulder.

The painful reality is, I can't defend my son in court because he now belongs to the state. I am unable to retain an attorney, leaving me feeling helpless and unheard. This harrowing experience is one that too many parents and families are familiar with - an agonizing wait for justice while the perpetrators roam free. Too many victims of violent crimes don't get the justice they deserve, and murderers are out on bond, leaving families in constant fear (source: NPR report, 2021).My family suffers mentally everyday with the anxiety depression. Please look up his story ksat12 Avery flores

My son’s life was unjustly taken, and the person responsible has continued on with theirs as if nothing happened. This has to stop. We are asking for justice for Avery Flores. We are urging the judicial system and law enforcement to expedite this case, ensuring that no other family has to continue living in the agony we currently face.

We call upon the mothers and fathers who have faced similar situations, and any other individual who believes in justice, to help us. Your signature on this petition will express your support for the pursuit and implementation of justice in our son's case, and the countless others standing unresolved. Justice delayed is justice denied. Please sign this petition, help us get justice for Avery, and send a clear message - our children's lives do matter, and such heinous acts cannot go unpunished.
