The issue

In October 2022, our family endured a tragedy that has since left us fighting for justice. Our beloved home, the Jacaranda Park Thoroughbred Training Complex, located at 189 Lupton Road Beaudesert QLD, was ruthlessly taken from us. My name is Danielle Osman, and with my children Will and Sienna, alongside my elderly mum Pam, we have been caught in a nightmare orchestrated by a large crime ring involved in cyber crimes and fraud. They stole our property and all our assets, leaving us without the means that we called ours for generations.

Despite continuous efforts and countless sleepless nights seeking justice, we have not been compensated for our property. Our lives have been shattered, and the emotional toll it has taken cannot be measured. The police crime unit has been on the case, but the perpetrators remain at large, evading justice and reparation.

Our home at Jacaranda Park, split across four titles, represents more than just a property. It's a place filled with memories, dreams, and our life's work. The past three years have been devastating, with feelings of helplessness compounded by every passing day without resolution.

We need your help, not just to amplify our voices for the return of our family home but to stand against cyber crime. This plea goes to the Titles Queensland, the Human Rights Commission, the Supreme Court, and Pexa to act and rectify this grave injustice immediately.

Join us in this fight for our rightful home. Your support is crucial in urging authorities to take decisive action. Please sign this petition and help us bring this chapter to a close, reclaiming our family home and our peace of mind.
