Demand Justice for Larry Jackson: Dismiss Charges and Remove Officer Buchannan and Peck

The Issue

My home was searched and my cellphone taken in December of 2023, based on two tips. But the charges that were later brought against me, after grossly violating my privacy by "rummaging" through my phone, were totally unrelated to the original allegations. These actions are a clear violation of my 4th Amendment rights.

I, Larry Jackson, am seeking for the charges against me to be dropped and for the dismissal of Officer Buchannan and Officer Peck. These individuals have demonstrated a blatant disregard for the U.S. Constitution and the inherent rights of the citizens they are supposed to protect. This is not an isolated incident, but a pattern of behavior that should not be tolerated anymore.

In accordance with the Fourth Amendment, citizens have "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures." However, this right has been violated – my experiences are a testament to this.

We need our justice system to protect the people, not infringe upon our rights. Join me in demanding accountability, justice, and a reclaiming of our constitutional rights. Let's call upon the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources to drop the charges against me, and to fire Officer Buchannan and Officer Peck for their violation of the 4th Amendment. Stand with me. Sign this petition.
