The WA Government only partially intervened for owners of houses with IPLEX pipes. IPLEX changed the resin in their pipe in 2017 and only those people who have the later pipe can get rectification works done. All people with prior IPLEX pipes that are still bursting are still left to fend for themselves. 
The fight goes on for the many many peopke who built prior to 2017 and have these awful pipes in their houses.
