Henry’s attacker charged with murder and independent inquiry going on into police handling.

Dear All, 

I’m pleased to say that Henry Nowak’s killer has today been found guilty of murder and in relation to the knife he was carrying.

It also seems that there is an ongoing investigation into the police handling of the incident and I will keep a close eye on that to see what the outcome is. 

Having read the police’s article on the matter I am not satisfied that you can just say it was a confusing situation and when the officers realised they gave him first aid. 

To me that says we screwed up and tried to cover our tracks to avoid a scandal! So I’m not winding up the petition yet as we may yet still have lots of issues that the initial investigation does not answer. 

These organisations have a nasty habit of hiding pivotal information and we shall keep pushing for the complete truth to be made clear. 

I will not stop until the officers are dismissed and charged.
