We stand under a legal system that allowed my lawyer, Austin Reeves Jackson, to falsely sign the papers as the appellate lawyer, knowingly committing fraudulent fabrication to secure an unjust order. 

I, like countless others, respected the legal proceedings and signed my rights under oath, being led to believe in the validity of our judicial system. Imagine my shock and disbelief when I discovered the magnitude of deception involved in my case. I was never privy to the intent of some to exploit our government and commitment to law and order.

This petition calls out for immediate justice against Title 8 Offenses Against Public Administration, particularly fraud on the courts and defrauding of the government. The damages suffered necessitate adequate amendment protections, ensuring that no other individuals suffer as I have.

The United States Department of Justice acknowledges that perjury materially affects the integrity of our legal system. Therefore, it must be addressed, and violators held accountable. In Texas, the punishment for perjury is anything from a Class A misdemeanor to a third-degree felony, showcasing our state's commitment to tackling this issue (Texas Pen. Code Ann. § 37.03).

I signed papers under oath, which he signed as the appellate lawyer. Under oath, I signed rights. He was not a policeman capable of lying to your face. I may get incomplete transcripts at no cost due to that order, but the damage I lay claimant.
