The Issue

Carlos Aristoteles, was last seen on May 23rd, 2026, at the Four Seasons Vape shop in Charlotte, North Carolina. Days later, we were devastated to learn that Carlos was a victim of a tragic homicide. His body was found on June 3rd, forty-five miles from where he was last seen, with multiple stab wounds and a gunshot injury. This is a deep personal loss for our family, and we are determined to seek justice for Carlos.

On May 26th, family reached out to the Mecklenburg Police Department to conduct a welfare check. It was during this check that officers found Carlos's personal belongings, yet no immediate action led to a suspect or arrest. The weeks following his disappearance were filled with uncertainty and anguish for those of us who loved him.

On June 3rd, Carlos was found buried at the Catawba College ecological preserve.  Despite our efforts to compile every piece of information, the case still remains unsolved without any suspects named publicly.

We are calling on the Salisbury Police Department to fully commit their resources to this investigation. It is essential that Carlos's case is given the attention it deserves, ensuring every possible lead is pursued diligently. The community needs assurance that justice will be sought for Carlos, and that the authorities are doing everything in their power to hold the responsible parties accountable.

This is not just about Carlos; it's about making sure that every victim of such a terrible crime is not forgotten. By demanding renewed focus and transparency from the police department, we honor his memory and protect others in our community from experiencing the same heartbreak.

Please join us in urging Salisbury Police to take decisive action. Sign this petition to demand justice for Carlos and to ensure no stone is left unturned in this homicide investigation. Your signature can help bring closure to Carlos's family and support a safer community for us all.
