The Issue

🔹 Who is the petition directed to?

•Lawmakers, tech platforms, and justice systems worldwide.

President Donald Trump

U.S. Congress

Department of Justice

Eduard W. Bartholme III is the Bureau Chief of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB) at the Federal Communications Commission

Tech companies (Meta, Google, OpenAI, etc.)

 United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres

UN Human Rights Council

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen

World Economic Forum Leadership

•Tech Industry Leaders:

Elon Musk- CEO of X (formerly Twitter) and Tesla

Mark Zuckerberg- CEO of Meta

Satya Nadella- CEO of Microsoft

Sundar Pichai- CEO of Alphabet (Google)

🔹 What I would want them to do?

Pass the Digital Safety and Dignity Act. Recognize digital crimes as real crimes. Protect survivors of AI abuse, online sexual violence, cyberstalking, identity theft, and all forms of digital exploitation. Establish National Digital Survivors Month on September 13th to October 12th to honor those lost and those still fighting, or someone who tried to help.

🔹 Why is this important?

Digital crimes are not victimless.
They leave survivors traumatized, isolated, and often disbelieved. I was targeted with AI-generated abuse, stalked, hacked, impersonated, and digitally erased. But I’m not the only one.

There is ZERO known legal legitimate reason for one person to have over 1000 plus Facebook profiles or any other platform. They are commiting crimes with those. No question about it. To report them, got me mass reported by all those many accounts. That isn't right, not fair. No one listened when I reported it. I was punished instead.

This petition is for every person who’s been exploited, harassed, or silenced online. For those still fighting—and for those who didn’t survive.

We demand justice. We demand protection. And we demand that digital crimes—seen and unseen—be recognized for what they are: real violence with real consequences.

We demand a global law, as the internet is global.

✧ My Story

I never imagined my life could be torn apart by something I couldn’t even see or touch. No amount of reporting it, could stop it -when creating a new account is so easy for a person to fake. I was targeted, threatened, even told to just kill myself. I was being recorded and uploaded online against my will, taken advantage of, fake versions of me were being shared to my family and friends for the only purpose of embarrassment and alienation from everyone. I was even receiving phone calls from my own phone number with a recording of my own voice, as my phone was cloned, my signature forged, things meant for me stolen, and harassment to the point that nothing in my digital life or eventually my real life was private or safe. I almost took my life like so many others have because of this same thing. This caused severe emotional trauma resulting in a relapse of agoraphobia and panic disorder that was I was released from in the past related to childhood trauma and abuse.

"By the time we get through with her, no one will want her." - that was the goal and almost succeeded.

This petition is for every survivor of digital crimes—whether you were targeted by deepfakes, online sexual abuse, cyberstalking, identity theft, or the countless other violations that happen behind screens but destroy lives in the real world.

It’s for the ones who are still here.
And it’s for the ones who didn’t make it.

✧ What We’re Demanding

We call on lawmakers, tech companies, and justice systems to:

Create and enforce a global law governing internet safety, not as in a "one world order", but as in, no offender commiting internet crimes in one country while located in another getting away with it. The internet is global, maybe even universal, who knows.  Internet laws should be as well. Come together as a people and protect the targeted and most vulnerable people falling victim to these digital crimes.

Pass the Digital Safety and Dignity Act

Recognize Digital Crimes as Real Crimes

Create Survivor-Centered Reporting Systems

Fund Mental Health and Legal Support for Survivors

Establish National Digital Survivors Month
To be held on September 13th to October 12th, in honor of those we’ve lost and those still fighting, along with those who tried to help but couldn't.

 THIS HAS TO CHANGE.

INNOCENT LIVES ARE AT STAKE!

Declare it now, sign the petition, and come together to fight this new digital disease! What is done in the darkness of the web, needs to be brought to the light. This is taking the lives of people that are going through it and even some of those who have to watch, with the system that is set up in a way that there is no real help for the victim or those who try to help them. THIS HAS TO CHANGE... Digital crimes are NOT just the internet!  IT IS REAL LIFE.  REAL LIFE PEOPLE. REAL LIFE CRIMES. REAL LIFE TRAUMA THAT NEEDS REAL LIFE CONSEQUENCES.
