✅ MOTIVE FOR ABDUCTION: He took Matthew specifically to avoid deportation from the UK. He is subject to immigration enforcement / removal orders and used my son as a means to evade legal action and remain in the country illegally.

4. FULL STATEMENT OF FACTS

the father named above unlawfully took my son Matthew away from my care He has no legal right or permission to have Matthew at any time – I hold full sole parental responsibility and legal custody, confirmed by official legal documents.

He did not have my consent, nor did he have any court order or legal authority to remove Matthew. I immediately tried looking for the child , but he was nowhere to be found 

I have since confirmed his sole reason for this illegal act: he is facing deportation from the UK due to his immigration status, and he has abducted Matthew to use him as a shield to avoid being removed from the country. This is not a family dispute – this is a deliberate, pre-planned child abduction committed for his own illegal immigration purposes, putting my son’s safety and welfare at serious risk.

The last confirmed address where both he and Matthew were staying or known to be present is:

I currently hold physical copies of all supporting evidence – these are not stored on my phone, but I will bring or send them to you immediately, including: His passports birth certificates etc...

- Official documents proving I have sole legal custody and he has no parental rights whatsoever.

- Any previous reports, court papers, or notices confirming his immigration status and pending deportation.

- Witness statements, messages, or other proof that he admitted taking Matthew to avoid being deported.

I am also actively searching for additional reports and records I hold, and will submit every piece of evidence I find as soon as possible.

 I have not seen or spoken to him since he was taken. I am terrified for his safety, his wellbeing, and his future – he is being held illegally by a man who is breaking UK law and using him for his own gain. This is a criminal offence and a violation of every right my son has under UK law.

5. LEGAL BASIS & OFFENCES COMMITTED

Under UK law, this constitutes:

1. Child Abduction Act 1984 – Section 1: Illegal removal of a child from the care of a person with lawful custody – a serious criminal offence carrying up to 7 years imprisonment.

2. Immigration Act 1971 / Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009: Evading deportation / remaining in the UK illegally – a separate criminal offence.

3. Child Welfare Act 2006: Placing a child at risk of harm and using a child for unlawful purposes – a breach of child protection laws.

Because he has no parental rights, his actions are not “parental contact” – they are criminal abduction, and his motive makes this even more serious as he is exploiting a child to break immigration laws.

6. FORMAL REQUESTS TO POLICE

I formally request you take IMMEDIATE URGENT ACTION to:

1. LOCATE AND RECOVER MY SON MATTHEW SAFELY – Treat this as a high-priority missing person / abduction case. Conduct searches at the last known address: 2 Diana House, Percy Street, Mercyside, and any other addresses or locations he may have fled to. Return Matthew to me, his legal guardian and primary carer, where he belongs.

2. ARREST AND DETAIN THE FATHER – He has committed child abduction, a serious criminal offence, and is evading immigration enforcement. He is a danger to my son and is breaking multiple UK laws.

3. INITIATE IMMEDIATE DEPORTATION PROCEEDINGS – As confirmed, he took Matthew only to avoid being deported. He has no legal right to remain in the UK, and by committing further crimes to stay, he has forfeited any right to be here. I ask that you work with the Home Office / UK Visas and Immigration to ensure he is removed from the UK permanently once this case is processed.

4. Open a full criminal investigation – Charge him with all relevant offences, and ensure he is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

5. Update me immediately – Provide me with a case reference number, a dedicated officer, and regular updates on every step taken.
