Subject: Urgent request – Deportation of Raoul Herbin Ngapa & Return of Child

 

I am Lidia Moldovan, wife of Joshua Moldovan, sister-in-law to Elisabeta Moldovan, and aunt to Matthew. I write this statement to confirm the truth and support the urgent demands made by our family.

 

Mr Raoul Herbin Ngapa (alias Raoul Santana) is unfit, illegal, and dangerous.

 

- I know he has no legal right to be in the UK – he overstayed his visa, his asylum was refused, and he has been here unlawfully since 2016.

- He is a convicted fraudster who uses a fake name to trick authorities. A man who lies about his own identity cannot be trusted with a child.

- He lives in poverty on state support (£10/day), which is nowhere near enough to care for a child with special educational needs. This is neglect.

- He is not the legal father – documents confirm the father is listed as “unknown”. He has no rights, yet he acts like an owner, keeping Matthew hostage to save himself from deportation.

 

The harm he causes is heartbreaking.

 

- I know he brainwashes Matthew daily, telling him terrible lies: “Your mother doesn’t love you, you have no family, you are not Romanian or Jewish.” I see the pain this causes. He is destroying the child’s identity, culture, and soul – this is severe emotional abuse.

- He threatens to take the child to  Cameroon which  is not part of international agreements  if he leaves, we will never see this child again.

- He moves him constantly between houses . Matthew has no stability, no proper schooling, and no medical care for his delays. He is being damaged every single day he stays there.

 

Elisabeta is the perfect mother – I see it every day.

 

- I know Elisabeta very well. The lies that she “abandoned” Matthew or is “unstable” are completely false. In 2014, she fled violence and threats to kill from Mr Ngapa. She ran for her life, not away from her son.

- Today, she is a wonderful mother. I watch her raise her younger child with love, stability, and success – no issues, no problems, only happiness. She has a safe home in Salford, she is supported by agencies, and she is ready to give Matthew the safe, loving life he deserves.

- As a family, we are all here waiting – grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins. We are legal, hardworking, and loving. We can give Matthew his heritage, his language, and his family back – things Mr Ngapa will never give him.

 

This is not a family argument. This is a crime.

Mr Ngapa is an illegal immigrant, a criminal, and an abductor. He has stolen 11 years from this child and from our family.

 

✅ DEPORT MR NGAPA IMMEDIATELY – he has no right to be here.

✅ RETURN MATTHEW TO HIS MOTHER – where he belongs, safe and loved.

✅ STOP ALL MONEY TO MR NGAPA – he does not deserve public funds.
