I have never signed any document, agreement, or court order giving permission for my child to be removed from my care.

I am not aware of any Child Arrangements Order, Care Order, or Court Order granting the father parental responsibility or lawful authority.

4. Circumstances when my son was taken

In 2014, I was living with the child’s father. I was pressured to leave the accommodation. Shortly after I left, the father removed my son without my knowledge or consent.

At that time, I was experiencing domestic abuse and intimidation, and my personal identification documents were taken from me.

I was not informed where my son was taken and was not involved in any decision regarding his living arrangements.

What happened before the child went missing

In 2014, I was living with my son Matthew Isaiah Moldovan and the father  friend in the United Kingdom. Before this time, I was experiencing domestic abuse, intimidation, and controlling behaviour from the father.

I was pressured by Juliette Green and made to leave the accommodation where we were living. My personal identification documents were taken from me before this period, which left me vulnerable and without support.

Shortly after I left the address, the father removed my son from my care without my knowledge or consent. I was not told where my son was being taken, and I was not involved in any decision regarding his living arrangements.

I did not give permission for my child to be removed from me, and I have not seen him since.

 

The father’s behaviour at the time was angry, controlling, and intimidating. I felt fearful and pressured. The situation was tense, and I did not feel safe.

My son was with his father at the time he was removed from my care. I believe another adult woman, known to me as Juliette Green, may also have been present.

 

Concerns and risks
I am concerned for my son’s welfare because he was removed from my care without my consent and I have had no contact with him since 2014.
I do not know where he is living, who currently has care of him, or whether he is safe and appropriately supported.
I was experiencing domestic abuse and controlling behaviour from his father at the time he was taken, which causes me ongoing concern about my son’s safety and wellbeing.
I am also concerned that my son may have been moved between locations within the UK or possibly abroad without my knowledge.
