My son, Matthew Isaiah Moldovan (born 19 March 2014 in London), was taken from me when he was just a baby. For over a decade, I have suffered in silence, but today I am demanding justice.

The Facts:

📍 Last Known Locations: London, Liverpool, and possibly Africa.

⚠️ Key Individuals Involved: He was taken by his father, who used the name Raoul Santana (real name believed to be Raoul Ngapa). Accomplices named Juliette Green and Juliet Farrell may also be involved.

📜 Legal Status: I am the ONLY parent named on Matthew’s UK and Romanian birth certificates. There is NO court order and NO consent for him to be kept from me.

A Mother’s Plea:

I have spent 11 years knocking on doors, putting up posters, and even traveling to Africa in 2019 to find him. My son belongs with his mother, his siblings, and his Jewish family and community here in Manchester. 🕍❤️

I am gravely concerned for his welfare. His father has allegedly used fake EU passports and has a history of domestic abuse against me. No child should be raised in an environment of fraud and violence.
