Chain-of-custody documentation for key items is incomplete or inconsistent. These aren’t small mistakes — they go to the heart of fairness in the justice system.Delay and Lack of Transparency:Brandon has waited more than two years for progress, with no clear court schedule, no appropriate case status hearings, and no resolution.
