𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐈𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 (𝟐)

Our fellow Americans,

We are navigating an extraordinarily difficult time marked by the Federal Bureau of Investigation's relentless and frivolous actions, as well as those of its Inspection Division.

Their ongoing involvement in numerous civil and criminal offenses, coupled with their unlawful interference in my personal and biological families life, demands our urgent attention and action. In the middle of an ongoing Federal Litigation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its inspection division are still unlawfully and maliciously meddling in my biological families and personal life.

I have never ever asked this FBI Agent woman for any 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩, nor have I ever asked her to find me work. 𝐖𝐞 have 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 her to stop crippling my finances and cease destroying my employment opportunities. 

My biological father and my biological second-oldest sister, as we speak, have coerced our biological mother to travel with them  in the village (Bajoun,) Cameroon under the cover of our grand-mother funeral to engage in traditional practice, (𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭) against me, by the order and death threats of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division and the Federal Bureau of Investigation via their same FBI Agent woman.

Defendants have paid $5,000 to our biological mother, so she will side with our biological father, our second-oldest sister, our youngest little brother, our uncle (mother little brother,), and his girlfriend; She accepted the money.

In the middle of a litigation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are still squarely engaging: Bribery of Public Officials and Witnesses, 18 U.S.C.§ 201.

 The ongoing actions of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Inspection Division reveal a troubling reliance on rosy-lens optics, a deceptive practice that prioritizes corruption, interpersonal relationships or personal gain over accountability, ultimately undermining the pursuit of justice. 

 I would like to bring to your attention a significant event that transpired on February 13th, 2026, at 4:52 PM Eastern Standard Time. By the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I have formally filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari with the United States Supreme Court.

This petition seeks a thorough review of the decisions of the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, as well as the unsigned order of the District Court for Washington, D.C.

I have joined my voice with all of your support, and I submit this petition in good faith, driven by an uncorruptible commitment to accountability, justice, and the pursuit of truth in this matter. 

            It is crucial for everyone to understand that both the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division and the FBI itself have actively orchestrated a series of schemes aimed at compelling members of the United States Senate and Congress to subpoena me for closed-door interrogations. 

The intent behind these efforts via the use of force (draft,) is to coerce me into working for the FBI and its Inspection Division  against my will, with the alarming threat of deportation if I refuse to comply.

Remarkably, representatives in the United States Senate and Congress from both sides of the political spectrum have firmly and unequivocally rejected their involvement in such egregious tactics. 

We like to convey our sincere gratitude to all representatives across the aisles from both the political spectrum in the United States Senate and Congress for their upright, truthful, and just-minded decisions, and for the integrity they have all demonstrated by eschewing the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division's blatant crimes and egregious tactics. By doing so, they have put accountability over gaslighting and Justice over 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐫 interpersonal relationships. 

Ladies and Gentlemen, on Pg. 23 of the Writ I filed in the United States Supreme Court, with all of your support, I have stated the following: 

“The Maryland Alliance for Justice Reform reports, under reentry coordination assessment, that over 40% of individuals released from Maryland Jail return within three years. (see,

  This unprecedented recidivism highlights technical errors and skepticism of the State of Maryland reentry systems. I took an honest and definitive stand to live a life of integrity and incorruptible purpose. The journey was not easy but I committed myself to prayer, honest work, faith, discipline, transparency, consistency, faith, endurance and truth. Today, I have earned the trust of the people and the community-at-large.”

I have consistently upheld the values of truthfulness and honesty, which have been the pillars of our fight. I pledge to each and every one of you that I will remain unwaveringly honest and truthful in all matters, regardless of whether it’s the light of day or the cover of night. So, help me God, I will stand by this commitment without falter.

The reality is that everyone makes mistakes, but the data speaks volumes. The Maryland Alliance for Justice Reform Reports reveal a staggering 40% of individuals released from Maryland jails return within three years. This alarming rate of recidivism not only underscores significant flaws in our reentry systems but also raises critical concerns about the effectiveness and trustworthiness of the State of Maryland's approach to reintegrating former inmates due to chronic system failures and corruption.

However, this subject matter and these ongoing cases cannot, and must not be categorized as “technical error” in any way, shape, or form due to the concrete evidences presented and willful abuse of power used by this same FBI Agent woman, her surrogates, informants, and associates. 

Every civil crime, criminal violations, which includes the two attempted murders I have survived at the hands of this same FBI Agent woman, via her informant, Alex Kitue in Rockville, Maryland, and Wall Christopher Bruce in Washington, DC, were premeditated, carefully calculated, planned, and executed using various weapons, which include a biochemical synthetic industrial hydrogen poison–deadly weapon.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, through their agent, the same FBI Agent woman, are engaging in an ongoing rosy-lenses narrative, stating that “they have made a mistake by going after me; therefore, they believe they can be immune or exonerated.”  

What kind of mistake, that involves 182 older and younger adult women sex seduction plots and 15 underage little girls sex traps to mechanically engineer a sex crime against me so they can use it to force me to settle on their terms on the lawsuit we have filed against them on September 25th 2025? I have blocked those sex madness, and reported them accordingly.

 What kind of mistake that involves two attempted murders against my life by the same FBI Agent woman via her informants, Alex Kitue in Rockville, Maryland, and Wall Bruce Christopher in Washington DC?  

What kind of mistake that involves weaponizing Federal Law and State Law enforcement against me, cripples my finances, inflicting ongoing defamation of character, ongoing negligence, and paying my biological mother $5,000 to bribe her in the middle of an ongoing litigation? 

What kind of mistake that actively engaged in systemic discriminatory employment opportunities against me as evil tactics to further crippling my finances? 

What kind of mistake that actively meddling in my personal life, biological families, and church communities' affairs? 

If the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its inspection division blatant crimes were truly mistakes, why are they use kids for sex, engage in interstate sex trafficking, using a multitude of unlawful innocent women for sex, and pay them money with the promise to help them get permanent lawful status so they can fabricate sex crimes against me?

If the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its inspection division's blatant crimes were truly mistakes, why did they attempt to kill me twice, using their informants named Alex Kitue and Bruce Wall Christopher?

 If the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its inspection division blatant crimes were truly mistakes, why use sorcerers, magicians, and witchcraft dark agents to attack me, just because they are seeking to choke the truth and evade accountability and justice?

What we are witnessing is an unprovoked and unwarranted physical assault orchestrated under the authority of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division and the FBI itself.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division, with the same FBI Agent woman, are planning to force me to sign their form, which will gut our First Amendment, so they can evade accountability, and undermine Justice.

We firmly refuse to endorse or sign any agreement that undermines our First Amendment rights. We emphatically uphold our right to fully exercise these freedoms and to seek justice in a Court of Law should the FBI or its Inspection Division infringe upon our communities or loved ones in any way.

We are seeking redress, accountability, and justice for all the crimes, pain, mental tortures, mental strains, unprovoked physical assault, and abuse of power that the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division and the FBI have engaged in via their field agent to commit the aforementioned atrocities. This same FBI Agent woman has violated the oath of her office as outlined in: 5 U.S. Code § 3331

The protections established in H.R. 233, known as the Qualified Immunity Act, as well as the principle of sovereign immunity, are intrinsically tied to the fulfillment of the oath of office as defined in 5 U.S. Code § 3331. Consequently, both the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division and the FBI as a whole are disqualified from claiming either Qualified Immunity or Sovereign Immunity. 

This disqualification arises from the ongoing crimes and violations they have permitted, particularly those actions authorized and engaged by the same FBI Agent woman. The gravity of these misconducts cannot be overlooked. 

Based on our extensive observations, the same FBI Agent woman often tells people that, should this matter reach TRIAL in Federal Court, they will lose.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, along with its inspection division, must formally sign our stipulation and fully commit to our outlined conditions for settlement. This includes issuing a genuine Apology Letter, bearing the bureau's seal, and addressed to our church communities, biological families, and me. This is not simply a request; it is an essential and crucial step towards healing, accountabilities and Justice. 

In light of the EQUITABLE DOCTRINE OF UNCLEAN HANDS, and considering the grave injustices faced by individuals who have been misled, coerced into actions against their will, and threatened with death by the same FBI Agent woman, we believed it is imperative to EXONERATE them. This necessity led to our exoneration statement dated February 22, 2026. 

We kindly implore the Department of Justice and the Executive Branch to officially recognize and support this exoneration. The individuals in question have been systematically deceived, manipulated with malicious intent, and subjected to death threats, all perpetrated by the same FBI Agent woman.
