On January 23rd, 2025, President Donald J. Trump signed Executive Order 14176, leading to the long-awaited release of critical documents surrounding the assassinations of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Former President John F. Kennedy.

Eager to uncover the truth, I meticulously reviewed these extensive files and uncovered a shocking narrative: the Federal Bureau of Investigation played a significant role in their assassinations, primarily through a web of deceit, manipulative tactics, and pernicious financial influence known as: wielded lies, insidious employment tactics, and dark financial power. This revelation sheds light on a prolonged dark chapter of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's history: (𝐚) Abuse of Office or Abuse of Power, 25 CFR 11.448, (𝐛) Obstruction of Justice, 18 U.S.C.§Chapt. 73, 18 U.S.C.§ 1503, §1512, and §1513, (𝐜) Hate Crimes, 18 U.S.C.§ 249, (𝐝) Bribery of Public Officials and Witnesses, 18 U.S.C.§ 201.

In 1908, under the guidance of former President Roosevelt, former Attorney General Charles Joseph Bonaparte took a bold step by founding a dedicated investigative unit of 34 individuals within the Department of Justice, signaling a significant evolution in law enforcement. This initiative laid the groundwork for a more effective and organized approach to tackling crime and corruption nationwide.

In 1935, the same dedicated group of 34 individuals within the Department of Justice was officially designated as the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

This pivotal transformation placed them firmly under the Department of Justice's authority, empowering them to tackle some of the nation’s most critical challenges.

Their mission encompasses investigating terrorism, counterintelligence, cybercrime, violent crime, public corruption, white-collar crime, transnational organized crime, and violations of civil rights, highlighting their vital role in enforcing accountability and safeguarding justice. Nonetheless, infringing on taxpayers' personal lives, preoccupying with sending a fleet of old adult women and underage little girls to create false sex narratives and multitudes of gaslight, and mechanically attempting to make sex crimes against people of color, is not one of the missions of the FBI as outlined by the United States Congress and Senate.

𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄

On October 31, 2008, I faced charges of unlawful taking, unlawful removal of property, theft over $500, and identity theft at the hands of Officer Rankin. Looking back, I acknowledge that I was extremely naïve, immature, and stupidly made poor decisions during that time.

While awaiting my trial, I fell back into the wrong crowd and sought fake identification in Washington DC, which ultimately led to stealing money from someone bank account in Prince George’s County on June 12, 2009. We divided the stolen funds among ourselves.

-On June 13th, 2009, I went to a car dealership on Route 1 in Howard County, Maryland, intent on purchasing a vehicle using a counterfeit ID I had created and funds I had unlawfully stolen the day before. This incident mirrored the legal troubles I had faced previously in 2007 and again on October 31st, 2008, revealing a troubling pattern that ultimately led to my arrest.

I can confirm that when a Howard County Police Officer arrested me on June 13th, 2009, I was temporarily placed in their custody.

While being interrogated, I opened up and told them the truth; therefore, I was not adjudicated in their custody but was transferred into Montgomery County Custody after a thorough investigation led by four jurisdictions: Montgomery County Police Department, Howard County Police Department, Prince George’s County Police Department, and the District of Columbia Police Department.

I faced a maximum penalty of 15 years for having committed the same infractions three times. On these faithful days, August 25th and 26th, 2009, during the pivotal court trial in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Rockville, Maryland, I faced a crucial decision: to accept a plea deal that could sidestep the risks of a trial or to stand firm and proceed to trial, fully aware of the potential consequences.

It’s important for you all to understand that, before this trial day, I was already incarcerated and had served 101 days in jail for the first time in my life, and this was my breaking point. I was determined not to become a statistic but to be a changed man. An inmate at the same jail referred me to a criminal attorney I did not know, and, in desperation, I hired her from jail and handed over the cash to her.

She came in the same morning of the trial, before court time, and coerced me to say yes and accept everything the judge would say to me, and she did not explain the consequences of theft over $500, a felony.

I stupidly accepted it.

The plea deal required that I pay a monthly supervision fee of $25, restitution fees of $4,480.00 to Ourisman Honda, and restitution fees of $25,798.27 to Toyota Financial Services, $3,972.97 probation supervision fees, with a five-year, all-suspended but 1-year sentence and 3 years of supervised probation.

During this same faithful day of August 25th through 26th, 2009, the retired senior Judge who presided over this matter stated the following: “Probation is a condition;” if you do not have the capacity to pay, you can’t violate your probation.”

 On the sentencing guidelines and plea hearing sheet, the retired senior Judge referred to this statement as “special condition.”

He also suggested the pre-release option, commonly referred to as a PRC, but made it clear that I would be ineligible due to an active immigration detainer against me at that time. On the same day, the presiding judge inquired whether I had any mental health conditions or issues, and whether I used alcohol or drugs in any form.

I answered truthfully, stating, “No.” This is the solemn truth.

 The Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Rockville, Maryland, has officially closed Criminal Case #112083C, at this juncture marking a significant turning point in my life. It’s important to note that I served all my time for all the crimes I have committed almost two decades ago.

In a 1-year sentence, I served just 6 months due to good behavior. However, I was immediately transferred into ICE custody, where I spent an additional 1.5 years fighting against deportation.

In total, I endured 2 years behind bars. This period marked a profound turning point in my life. During that time, I sought God with genuine desperation.

Acknowledge, I made a heartfelt vow to the Lord: if He transformed me from the inside out, healed my wounds, granted me freedom, and spared me from deportation, I would dedicate my life to serving Him wholeheartedly. I promised that He would be my God until my last breath, and I declared that if I ever strayed from His path, it would signal the tragic end of my life.

On January 1st, 2011, I was released from Immigration Custody with a new and upgraded status: A PERMANENT RESIDENCY STATUS, also known as a GREEN CARD.

This is when the same FBI Agent woman started to wrongfully investigated me, with the false pretext that I didn't serve all my time. 

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and its Inspection Division authorized the same FBI Agent woman whom have been the emblem and symbol of injustice to engage in an investigation into my past regarding the time, the same crimes I served all time for at this juncture; This same FBI Agent woman investigated me, for many years and found absolutely nothing that could or can incriminate; in other words, she found that I served all my times for all the crimes I committed almost two decades ago.

Despite understanding the gravity of her actions, she deliberately persisted in her deceitful schemes, unlawfully interfering in my personal life. She resorted to threats against my ex-wife, wielded lies and  promising violence to manipulate her into turning against me. She lied to my ex-wife, that I didn't serve all my time in the August 25th and 26th 2009 sentenced I received in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County Rockville Maryland; Tragically, this led my ex-wife to become violent, culminating in her chasing me with a knife, which not only devastated our home but also resulted in the end of our marriage on March 29, 2019.

This same FBI agent woman wanted me to physically react, and beat my wife, or cause bodily harm against her so they can arrest me, but I did not!

Even after this, the same FBI agent woman continues her malevolent agenda, sending homosexual men to harass me in an attempt to coerce me into embracing a lifestyle I do not identify with, a campaign that has persisted from 2020 to 2023.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I can assure you this is not an exaggeration; it is the truth, backed by concrete evidence.

In 2021, this same FBI agent woman orchestrated a campaign of unlawful sexual conduct within Comcast of the District LLC, utilizing my former direct supervisor, Keiron Robinson, as a pawn in her scheme. Her goal was to maliciously frame me for sex crimes, an outrageous and baseless tactic aimed at misleading the public, obstructing accountability, and undermining justice.

This was all part of her desperate attempt to conceal her own misconduct under the guise of sovereign immunity.

When I brought my concerns to the White House, the same FBI agent woman was interrogated under oath, where she confessed to her Abuse of Office or Abuse of Power, as outlined in 25 CFR 11.448.

She took full responsibility for her actions in the presence of former President Joe Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris, leading to a response from the White House Executive Office on January 30th, 2024.

I like to emphasize that the same FBI Agent woman acceptance of her Abuse of Office or Abuse of Power, as outlined in 25 CFR 11.448, is due to her acknowledgement that she is culpable, in other words, an admission of guilt of her abundance of civil and criminal laws violations.

On numerous occasions, this same FBI Agent woman sent underaged girls to sleep with me, instructed them to lie to me that they were in their 20s so they could illegally sleep with me, but I resisted and reported them all, accordingly.

-On October 18th, 22nd, 28th, November 6th, 7th, 23rd, and December 7th, 2021, the same FBI Agent woman sent my former direct supervisor at Comcast of the District LLC to sexually harass me, sleep with me, but I resisted and declined.

 -On December 6th, 2023, the same FBI Agent woman used algorithms to infiltrate a beautiful South African woman, and she attempted to coerce me into using my Credit Card to pay for a hotel and illegally sleep with me; I resisted and declined!

 -On April 7th, 2025, at 8:43 Pm, while at our private residence, an unknown Caucasian woman, 5’12, blonde hair, slim features, knocked on our door, falsely claiming to represent AT&T Communications.

I conveyed that I could not entertain her and said it was too late; she insisted and started to exhibit seductive behaviors, repeatedly asking for my phone number, and offering to give me hers once. I steadfastly resisted and declined!

-On April 10th through 11th, 2025, I was contacted by the same FBI Agent woman through her colleague, code-named Symone Durham, via FaceTime; this one showed her boobs on the FaceTime, coerced me to see things through rosy lenses, as an attempt to lure me into compromising the values of transparency and honesty; this one emphasized her need for sex but I resisted and declined!

-On June 5th, 2025, I received a call around 6 PM to pick up a woman outside her residence. She requested that I retrieve her from her private garage, but I firmly declined, prioritizing safety by insisting on meeting her outside. When she finally got into my Lyft, her chest was out; it was clear she was dressed provocatively to entice me to sleep with her; however, I remained resolute and declined her advances.

-On June 10th 2025, I received a Lyft call to pick up a lady with the code name “ebony.” She asserted that she needs an Airbnb and asked if “she could drink my water.”

She screamed in the vehicle, suddenly put her window down, looked outside, and a Mazda SUV at a red light asked her if she was ok; she nodded, looking mischievously at me, making sure I did not see her at that juncture. See, Bopda Vs. -On June 15th, 2025, the same FBI Agent woman sent an underage girl into my Lyft to sleep with me, but I resisted and declined! I dropped her off at her destination and reported accordingly.

-On June 19th, 2025, around 1 Pm, under heavy rain, I received a call to pick up a woman at the Union Station who was wearing a see-through jumpsuit. She got in the car, asked if I wanted to get drunk with her, and started to caress my back so she could sleep with me, but I resisted and declined accordingly.

-This same day, June 19th, 2025, after dropping off another client in Fairfax, Virginia. I wanted to urinate in the bush, two minutes from the previous client home. I got out of the car. After a SUV drove by asked if I was ok, I affirmed I was ok; then, I started to urinate, and suddenly, I heard tiptoeing, someone was coming behind me, I slightly turned my head to the right and saw a kid, a small little girl. As soon as she realized I saw her, she charged towards me. At the same time, a fleet of vehicles driving at a high speed was passing by while looking at me; I stopped to urinate, quickly moved away towards the driving side door of the vehicle; I observed the small girl, as she kept running, and she reached an intersection, and a car picked her up and left.

I reported to a nearby police officer, who confirmed that urinating in the bush is not a crime because it is not an open park. Forty-eight hours later, I spoke with Officer Reed, who gave me a case number 2025-09531 as a reference to protect me.

 -On July 19th 2025, the same FBI Agent woman used algorithms once more and infiltrated a woman code-named Eric. She got in my Lyft Car, and halfway to her destination, I started inhaling the odor of the apocrine glands. Apocrine glands are anatomical structures that secrete specific odors, indicating their secretion. As a result, it indicated to me that the passengers were completely naked in the back passenger seat.

While driving, I turned twice, making sure she did not have any weapons or a firearm. I asked her why she was doing that, and she replied, “I am freshening up.” I resisted and called Prince George’s County Police and reported her, Cn# PP25071900002158.

I assure you, this is not an exaggeration, and this kind of sex bait is unprecedented.

Since 2021, this same FBI Agent woman has continued to deputize my social media friends and acquaintances, in addition to my biological family members, using insidious employment tactics, dark financial power, and wielded lies. In the same token, launching a smear campaign against me with the goal of recruiting me to work for her as an informant, but I am the only one who has rejected her corruptible approach to date.

-On August 14th, 2025, the same FBI Agent woman used the algorithm again, while I was driving Lyft, and infiltrated a girl code-named Jadaa. While driving, this girl gestured with her tongue and hand that she wanted to suck my private part, while putting her windows all the way up; I resisted and reported her accordingly.

The aforementioned sex attacks are just some of this same FBI Agent woman malicious sex campaign she has been unleashing against me.

-𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: Under my leadership, we sent multitudes of truthful and consistent complaints to the United States Senate and Congress Leadership, White House, the Department of Justice, and the Civil Rights Division.

 -𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓: Under my leadership, we filed the first administrative complaint against the same FBI Agent woman with the Department of Justice and its Civil Rights Division. It was escalated to the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division. However, they never responded to our complaints and chose to ignore us, hoping that we would amount to nothing.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐅𝐁𝐈 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐮𝐬.

-𝐎𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟗𝐭𝐡, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, this same FBI Agent woman explicitly requested that I make her coochie creams, a request I firmly declined. I told her that her behavior is utterly unacceptable. It is appalling that someone in her position—a person who has been entrusted with an oath of office, as a Federal Law Enforcement officer in the FBI—would abuse her office and power in such a shocking and disgraceful manner. Shortly after initiating the first administrative complaint, the same FBI Agent woman ordered her informant, Alex Kitue, to poison me with a Biochemical Synthetic Industrial Hydrogen weapon, aiming to inflict cancer cells in my scalp.

While driving for Lyft and Uber, this same FBI Agent woman kept her smear campaigns against me and started sending magicians and witches to fight me.

-On July 24th, 2025, at approximately 09:45 am at 700 21st Street NW, Washington, DC 20002, the same FBI Agent woman sent her informant, CCN: 25111800, to stab me in my Lyft, with a pair of scissors; The District of Columbia Police Department Police Officers intervenes and her informant was arrested on the scene and is now facing criminal prosecution in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.

 The same FBI Agent woman employed her surrogates, two assistant attorneys general of Maryland, to launch a frivolous lawsuit against me, to distract me, and stop me from filing a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Investigation and their Inspection Division.

 -On September 25th, 2025, against all odds, we landed in the District Court for the Washington District of Columbia, seeking redress by filing a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Investigation and its Inspection Division.

-In October 2025, I found myself homeless, at no fault of my own, living at 11600 Nebel St, Rockville, Maryland 20852.

This devastating situation arose due to severe financial hardship tied to my finances being cripples and the unlawful actions perpetrated by the FBI agent woman against me. This same FBI Agent woman exploited my own biological family, manipulating my biological father and youngest siblings to undermine me.

 -On January 22nd, 2026, I was food poisoned and was at the hospital for an emergency visit.

 -On January 23rd, 2026, we held our first peaceful, and successful protest by thousands of people coming from Churches nationwide.
