Today, I want to provide an important update regarding the proceedings that took place on October 31, 2025, in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Be advised, not one day in my 37 years of lifespan on earth have I ever smoke, drink, or do drugs in anyways, shape or forms. What this means is, in my entire life on earth, I have never ever drink alcohol, smoke, do drugs and never ever had any mental health diagnosis. Likewise, I've never ever been order or place in a half-way house.ย
The current Assistant Attorney General of Maryland, acting as an associate or surrogate for the same FBI Agent woman involved, initially filed this complaint in the District Court for Prince George's County, Upper Marlboro. We emerged victorious in that trial on May 28, 2025, thanks in large part to the critical evidence provided by me and their own witness, Agent Sharika testimony. This setback prompted the current assistant attorney general to appeal the decision to the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
I had subpoenaed an immigration attorney who served as a witness back on October 3, 2012, to speak on matters related solely to restitution supervision fees. During the proceedings in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Rockville, Maryland, this attorney provided compelling testimony affirming the concrete facts of the case.
On October 28, 2025, the same immigration attorney contacted me, as I had subpoenaed him to appear in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Upper Marlboro, Maryland, on October 31st 2025 โ the date on the subpoena is: October 15th 2025
During that phone conversation, we discussed the subject matter, and when he asked me what I needed him to say, I simply indicated that I required him to testify about the events that occurred in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Rockville, Maryland, in 2012. I made it clear that I only needed him to speak the truth. By law you cannot tell anyone, specifically what they need to say to the court, because that is call coercion. However, you are allowed to encouraging on speaking the truthโanything derived from the truth is will be deemed as contemptโ and it's a criminal offense in both state and federal laws.

I have documented our October 28, 2025, conversation in a Certificate of Service in the court system, which clearly reveals that he did not express any lack of knowledge or memory of this subject matter during our call. He never conveys that he did not know. Furthermore, the current Assistant Attorney General even went so far as to defend my immigration attorney during the proceedings. The witness she presented for the probation and parole department was not the same individual who testified on May 28, 2025.
When questioned about the discrepancy between the $900 supervision fee from May 28, 2025, and the $475 fee presented on October 31, 2025, she could not provide a satisfactory explanation, revealing the inconsistency and frivolity of their actions.

After exiting the courtroom alone,ย he approached me outside, doubling down on his dishonesty by claiming he did not know the necessary information. If that were true, why didn't he disclose this during our conversation on October 28, 2025?
Why did he choose to withhold critical information during the trial, falsely stating he did not remember, when in fact, he was present at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Rockville, Maryland, on October 3, 2012, to testify?
The pattern of inconsistency raises serious concerns about the motivations behind their dishonesty, lies, and contempt of the court.
