Greetings Everyone,

I pray that you all are having a good week so far. We are indeed still striving towards our 40 Days of prayers and fasting. The Lord is our strength. 

I wish to clarify very important details for you all. The same FBi Agent woman cohorts, at her direction, have been spreading rumors that the Federal Court has paused our case due to the Government shutdown. 

While not every issue demands our response, there are instances of fake news that must be addressed immediately to uphold the spirit of truth and justice. If the Federal Court had paused our case in any way, I would have been notified or formally informed via mail. However, I have received no notice from the Federal Court indicating that our legal proceedings have been halted. In fact, on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, at noon, a USPS package was delivered to our doorstep, and it was not the Federal Court but the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division that sent that package to me.

Upon receiving the package, I was struck by the fact that it bore the same USPS envelope I utilized when submitting the whistleblower complaints to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. This included the Omnibus Complaint, Appendix, Civil Case Form, and Motion for Recusal of the Magistrate Judge. I ensured that these documents were served on two separate occasions to eliminate any possibility of a misleading narrative suggesting that I had failed to properly serve them. This careful approach highlights my commitment to transparency and accountability in this matter.

 The "To" section of the envelope was covered with stickers, obscuring the recipient's information. I couldn’t see the details without carefully peeling off the stickers, a task requiring both patience and precision to avoid damaging the envelope. After finally revealing the hidden information, I discovered it was addressed to the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division. This led me to conclude that the FBI had returned the additional package I had sent them, indicating clearly that they had no need for it. It is at this juncture that I started to hear the rumors that our case has been placed on hold in the federal court. 

It is deeply concerning that a new wave of misinformation is being deployed just days before our upcoming trial in the civil court case set for Friday, October 31, 2025. This timing is likely intended to dissuade potential witnesses from coming forward to offer their testimony. While preparing legal documents for the trial, I noticed that the text I was typing was changing to words I had not initiated, reminiscent of the same issues I faced while drafting the Whistleblower Document submitted to the Federal Court.

 This serves as a formal notice that the same FBI agent woman continues to manipulate my legal and court documents in real-time, creating deliberate inaccuracies by unlawfully hacking into my devices. This is a clear attempt to further their ongoing smear campaign against me, and such blatant interference must be confronted, as it severely compromises the integrity of the legal process, to help her associate, the current Assistant Attorney General of Maryland so their can continue to feed into their smear campaign and her personal interest of becoming Attorney General of Maryland via the insidious employment tactic offered to her by the same FBI Agent woman. 

Additionally, I submitted a timely subpoena via USPS Certified Mail to the Circuit Court for Rockville, Maryland, requesting the production of court documents and audio recordings. However, this Certified mail has been tampered with and did not arrive at the destination on time, as has the subpoena I dispatched to my immigration attorney via Certified mail. This violation of the legal process is intolerable and demands urgent attention.

This is not the first instance of this same FBI Agent woman interference with my mail; she has a troubling history of committing mailing fraud to advance her personal schemes.

My Immigration Attorney called me yesterday, 10/28/2025, confirming that he will be appearing in court on October 31st, 2025, and affirming that he just received the Certified mail. He was supposed to receive this certified mail on October 21st, 2025, but they tampered with the mail, preventing it from arriving ahead of time. According to the Law, if an attorney does not receive mail five days before a court appearance, the attorney can decline to show up to court, and this is why they tampered with the Circuit Court for Rockville, Maryland, and my immigration attorney certified mail. 

Acknowledge: Our commitment to speaking the truth, only the truth, and in the spirit of truth outlined in John 8:32 is irrefutable. This is the second time the same FBI Agent woman and her cohorts have sprayed inaccurate information in the middle of a court case. 

Finally, I am confirming to everybody this evening, per the Federal standing order we received recently from the court, placing us on notice that our case is accepted and affirming our stage-2 code name: Emmanuel is activated- the Federal Court did not pause our case. Please, it is very important you all understand. Unless you hear from the Federal court directly or me, you cannot trust anything, and I mean anything, this same FBI Agent woman and her cohort are spraying via wielded lies.
