there was a direct, unequivocal judicial order that said ‘you district attorney Haverkamp will turn over to the defense any statement by any witness 

Haverkamp admitted in court then district attorney Haverkamp, currently Judge Haverkamp, she said on the record that she did not believe that the defense was entitled to this information because she did not deem it to be what’s known as ‘exculpatory or favorable’..

Judge Haverkamp could face serious discipline if convicted, such as a year and a half jailed or have her bar license revoked.
